Free Trials: We may offer limited free trials for eligible new clients.

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, including after trial periods or early cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, models, and systems developed or provided by Steady Reception remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Clients retain ownership of their business data and content submitted to the platform but grant Steady Reception a limited license to use it solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the service.

AI Outputs: Clients own the outputs generated through their use of the AI systems. However, Steady Reception retains ownership of the underlying AI technology, training methods, and models.

You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Use of AI and Limitations

Steady Reception’s AI systems use natural language processing to assist with business communications.
While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You agree to indemnify and hold Steady Reception harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your misuse of the service.

10. Termination

Client Termination: You may cancel your subscription or account at any time via your account portal or by written request.

Company Termination: We may terminate access at any time, for any reason, including policy violations, non-payment, or misuse.

Upon termination, access to AI systems and stored data may be removed or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
In the event of a dispute:

Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Hamilton, Ontario, under Canadian arbitration law.
